This session will focus on the critical steps you should consider and implement before you begin the contract drafting process.

In today’s environment, when the time of closing a transaction is critical to avoid adverse market conditions, the initial preparation for drafting the contract is imperative.  Steps taken early in the drafting process will avoid costly delays later on.
